Alcatel-Lucent IP Desktop Softphone is a multimedia, fully-integrated telephony application providing voice communications. Installed on a user’s desktop (PC or MAC), tablet (Apple iPad or Android) or smartphone (Apple iPhone and Android), it emulates a Alcatel-Lucent 8068 Premium DeskPhone. The IP Desktop Softphone can become the telephony choice for remote and on-site workers, especially when desktop connection is the preferred communication mode. This fully-integrated telephony solution provides desktop users with a quicker and more user-friendly access to telephone facilities, and thus helps businesses optimize their employee’s productivity.
